• We quote you a Daily / Weekly / Monthly rental rate that has a Rate Incentive
  Structure for keeping it on rent.  We quote you long-term lease rates
  upon request.  The Longer the Lease Term, the Cheaper you can Lock-In
  the Lease Rate at.

Physical Damage Waiver

• Ask about our Physical Damage Waiver (PDW).  It can expedite the approval
  process and actually save your company money.

Credit - Locally Processed

• Our local person will fax or email you our one-page credit application that needs brief information and a signature.  We process applications locally with on-line access to your credit history.  Approval limits are usually given to you within hours during the same day.

Insurance

•  We coordinate getting a proper certificate through your agent or insurance
   department.

Invoices - Locally Billed Options

• Billing Cycle - You tell us how often and when during the month you want your
  invoices, and we'll customize when your invoice is sent to you.

Maintenance - Service Options - See detailed Maintenance Types responsibilities

• Standard Maintenance - We service the trailer and replace normally worn tires and brakes.  The mileage charge for the miles run is invoiced each billing cycle.  This interim estimated miles billing protects you from large termination mileage charges. 
   

• Net Plus Maintenance - You service the trailer, but we replace normally worn tires and brakes.  The mileage charge for the miles run is invoiced each billing cycle. This interim estimated miles billing protects you from large termination mileage charges.
   

• Net/Net Maintenance - You provide all service work to the trailer and you replace the tires and brakes.  At termination we charge you for any service needed, and any tire and  brake wear from the outbound inspection.
