The National Semi-Trailer PDW Addendum to the Trailer Lease defines all the applicable terms and conditions.  PDW is not insurance and does not cover any personal injury liability insurance, property damage liability insurance, or comprehensive general liability insurance. Insurance is stipulated as a lessee requirement by the Trailer Lease.
