Branch Managers are the primary sales and marketing person at the branch office with the responsibility for managing all efforts to generate business. They must assure that all branch office personnel are properly trained and supervised. They also, must be able to climb up the rear under ride protection bumper into trailer for interior inspection, squat under trailer to inspect running gear and gauge brake linings, air up tires, and gauge tire air pressure and tread depth. Sales Representatives primary responsibility is to generate business for the Branch with both existing customers and new accounts. Effort must also be directed toward providing superior level of customer service, monitoring market developments and activity, collecting competitive information and promoting goodwill and fair business practices within the community. They also, must be able to climb up the rear under ride protection bumper into trailer for interior inspection, squat under trailer to inspect running gear and gauge brake linings, air up tires, and gauge tire air pressure and tread depth. Operations primary responsibility is to organize and focus the activities of the branch, vendors and suppliers toward achieving optimal fleet preparedness, minimize branch expenses and ensure timely and accurate completion of branch operational functions. Having a sales aptitude and the ability to properly relate to customers is required. They also, must be able to climb up the rear under ride protection bumper into trailer for interior inspection, squat under trailer to inspect running gear and gauge brake linings, air up tires, and gauge tire air pressure and tread depth.
