Premier Trailer Leasing Inc has acquired substantially all of the assets of National Semi-Trailer Corp. The business of National Semi will be combined with the existing operations of Premier. We intend to complete this combination as quickly as is possible, with the minimum of disruption to the customers and suppliers of both companies.
